The monthly statement is on the portal by the 8th of every month. Every month. It has never been done in this market; that is precisely why we do it.

Your building, surveyed annually.

Once a year: a written building-condition report and a multi-year works plan, so the assembly decides with facts — before the façade becomes an emergency.

If we break any of these guarantees three times in a year, the condominium may terminate the contract — without notice, without penalty.

No other administrator in Portugal offers this clause. We can, because our systems make the promise cheap to keep — and losing you expensive to us.

We audit the balances, transfer the funds to a segregated account, collect every document from the old administrator, and report what we found — including any problems, immediately.
